Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate construction projects, ensuring smooth communication between site teams, contractors, consultants, and management while supporting timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and work completion.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Track project requirements, materials, and site-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, updates, and documentation.
- Follow up on project deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with teams to resolve project-related issues.




- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Escalate delays, technical issues, and other project concerns to management.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.

Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project-related documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
