We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented School Principal to provide academic leadership, manage school operations, develop staff, and ensure a high-quality learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

Provide solid academic and administrative leadership to the school.

Plan and monitor academic programmes, curriculum implementation, and student performance.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

Ensure effective lesson planning, classroom practices, assessments, and academic results.

Monitor student discipline, attendance, safety, and overall wellbeing.

Conduct regular staff meetings, academic reviews, and performance evaluations.

Coordinate with parents and address academic or student-related concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Education:
- Master's (preferred)

Experience:
- Principal: 5 years (preferred)
