Impressd Consulting is an Australian Sales Consultancy and market leader in sales operations.

We are building a high-performing solar and battery sales team in Ahmedabad to serve the Australian residential market.

The role

You will speak with Australian homeowners, understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar and battery solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and qualifying prospective customers
- Conducting professional sales consultations by phone
- Understanding electricity bills, energy usage and customer objectives
- Explaining solar systems, batteries, rebates, finance options and expected savings
- Preparing and presenting accurate customer proposals
- Following up leads consistently and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate notes and pipeline stages in the CRM
- Working toward individual and team sales targets
- Setting clear expectations and avoiding misleading or high-pressure sales practices
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after the sale

Essential experience

To be considered, you must have:




- Previous solar or battery sales experience
- Experience selling into the Australian residential market
- A robust understanding of residential solar and battery products
- Knowledge of Australian rebates, incentives and common customer objections
- Experience working with Australian customers by phone
- A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confidence using CRM systems, quoting platforms and sales technology
- The ability to work Australian business hours from our Ahmedabad office

Experience with Australian electricity bills, solar proposals, STCs, battery incentives, finance products and common inverter and battery brands will be highly regarded.
