Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Accounts Manager to manage and oversee export accounting, international receivables, banking transactions, export documentation, and related financial compliance for our lab-grown diamond and jewellery manufacturing business.

The role will be based in Mumbai and will involve close coordination with the Finance & Accounts team at the manufacturing location, Export Sales, Logistics, CHA, freight forwarders, banks, customers, and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Export Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to export business.
- Record and monitor export sales, customer receipts, expenses, commissions, and other export-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and export receivables.




- Prepare and review export-related accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding export receivables and coordinate with the Sales team for timely collections.

2. Export Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper accounting and financial documentation for export shipments.
- Coordinate with the Export, Logistics, CHA, and freight-forwarding teams for export documentation.
- Review documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Export Invoices, Certificates, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure proper linkage and reconciliation of export invoices with shipping documents and banking records.

3. Banking & Foreign Exchange
- Coordinate with banks for export-related transactions and documentation.
- Handle foreign currency receipts, remittances, bank reconciliation, and exchange-rate-related accounting.
