Job Summary
We are looking for a fresher HR Executive who is enthusiastic, confident, and interested in HR, recruitment, student placement, and corporate coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate student placement activities and job opportunities.
- Connect with companies for job requirements and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with students, companies, and colleges for interviews and recruitment drives.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist students with resume preparation and career guidance.
- Maintain student, placement, and HR records and prepare basic reports.
- Support employee HR activities, attendance, and documentation.
- Conduct/coordinate seminars, workshops, mock interviews, and placement activities.




- Maintain regular communication with students and corporate clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Support other HR and placement activities assigned by management.

Who Can Apply?
- Freshers with MBA/PGDM (HR) / BBA / BBM or a related qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making calls and interacting with students and companies.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take responsibility.
