Position Overview
We are hiring a nan Sr. Systems Programming Analyst within the Automation DevOps domain. This role is responsible for Full stack developer for the M2M Portal (Global cellular activation, deactivation, inventory control portal),
Key Responsibilities
- Core Responsibility: Full stack developer for the UPS M2M Portal (Global cellular activation, deactivation, inventory control portal),
- Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages
- Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation
