Two-member team at each location:
- 1 Technician with a Bike:
- 1 Helper/Assistant technician (travels with the technician)

Key Responsibilities
- Pull fiber optic cables through ducts, conduits, and overhead routes.
- Assist in laying underground and aerial fiber cables.
- Install HDPE ducts, micro ducts, and cable trays.
- Perform cable routing, dressing, and tagging.
- Support fiber splicing and testing teams.
- Read route maps and cable layout drawings.
- Ensure proper handling of fiber cables to avoid damage.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all site safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Report daily work progress to the site supervisor.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of fiber optic cable installation.
- Ability to use hand tools and cable pulling equipment.
- Physically fit to work outdoors and at different project sites.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.




- Willingness to travel and work in field operations.

Qualification
- 10th Pass / Intermediate / ITI / Diploma (preferred)

Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 0-3 years of experience in fiber pulling, telecom, or cable installation is preferred.

Salary
- ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Overtime and incentives may be provided as per company policy.

Work Location
- Field-based projects (Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Tirupati, or other assigned locations).
