Job Description: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to market our US-based IT consultants to vendors and direct clients. The role involves sourcing requirements, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing C2C/W2 placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market consultant profiles to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Source C2C requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch) and internal networks
- Handle end-to-end submissions, follow-ups, and interview coordination
- Negotiate bill rates and close deals to maximize margins




- Maintain solid vendor relationships and track all activities in CRM/tracker

Requirements

- 3+ years of proven US IT Bench Sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Proficiency with job boards and vendor portals
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced night shift
