Key Responsibilities:
• Review inpatient charts for documentation accuracy and completeness
• Identify documentation gaps and raise physician queries
• Support ICD-10 coding and DRG assignment/compliance
• Conduct retrospective reviews for Mortality, HAC & PSI cases
• Collaborate with providers to improve clinical documentation quality
Eligibility:
• Graduate in MMBS
• 4+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Clinical experience in ICU / Emergency Department
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in CDI / IPDRG / DRG
• Robust knowledge of Anatomy, Pathophysiology & Pharmacology
• Good understanding of ICD-10, MS-DRG / APR-DRG
• CDIP / CCDS / CDEI certification preferred
