Key Responsibilities

- Generate agriculture loan business through Channel Partners, Dealers, FPOs, and local networks.
- Source customers for Agriculture Loans, KCC, Tractor Loans, Farm Equipment Loans, and other Agri-Finance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Identify and onboard current dealers, FPOs, and other business partners.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into loan applications and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets.
- Visit farmers, dealers, FPOs, and local markets to develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners.
- Track competitor activities,



market trends, and local business opportunities.
- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Follow up of CBR-1 and CBR-2 accounts with customers for regularisation/renewal.
- Any other duty assigned by higher authority time to time.
- Candidate has to do cross selling as well

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Agriculture Loans and Rural Finance.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of loan documentation and credit assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream. (Preference- graduation in agriculture)
- 2-4 years of experience in Agriculture Loan Sales, Rural Banking, KCC, Tractor Finance, or Agri Lending.
- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions Preferred.
- Good local market knowledge and customer network.
