We have an opening for the Profile of HR -EXECUTIVE - RECRUITMENT in Travel Company

Excellent Communication Skills

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with business teams/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Meet recruitment TAT and hiring targets.
- Maintain regular recruitment MIS and reports.
