Role Purpose:
To acquire and manage JLG customers, form current borrower groups, process loans, and ensure portfolio quality and timely repayment within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for JLG loans.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and group formation.
- Form and manage Joint Liability Groups as per bank policy.
