Role Summary
To provide functional and semi-customized solution support to customers, including handling Solution Boosters and customer-
specific customization requirements, while ensuring effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements related to Solution Boosters and customization needs

Provide support via calls, email, WhatsApp, and remote access

Handle functional queries (Accounts, Inventory, Manufacturing)

Support Solution Booster configurations and minor customizations (2030%)
¢




Assist in project-based customization support (initial level)
¢
Log accurate details, tags, and updates in CRM system
¢
Perform basic troubleshooting before escalation
¢
Coordinate internally for complex customization issues
¢
Ensure adherence to SOPs and SLA timelines
¢
Maintain clear, professional communication and timely updates
¢
