Role & responsibilities

As a Kitchen Crew Member you are the engine of our kitchen operations. You will prepare dishes as per standard recipes, maintain high-quality cooking, ensure consistency, and keep your station clean and efficient.
Your role directly influences guest experience and kitchen performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes and SOPs
- Ensure correct portioning, plating, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
- Assist in daily mise en place and prep activities
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages




- Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

- Guest Relationship & Engagement: Exceptional ability to nurture relationships with regular guests.
- Operations & Reservation Management: Proficient in managing reservation systems, seating charts, and maintaining Front of House (FOH) service standards.
