Role Overview

We are looking for a Security Analyst to support our security operations and incident response activities. The role involves monitoring systems, analysing security events, and responding to potential threats across endpoints, email systems, and network storage environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor systems, endpoints, and network activities for suspicious behaviour.
- Analyse security alerts and identify potential threats or incidents.
- Investigate endpoint activities, email-based threats, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Monitor and analyse security events through centralized logging and monitoring platforms
- Respond to alerts and support automated response workflows as part of security operations
- Perform initial incident response actions such as containment and escalation.




- Support monitoring of storage systems (NAS) and critical infrastructure.
- Review logs and correlate events to identify security issues.
- Assist in handling security incidents and documenting findings.
- Work closely with internal teams to support remediation and recovery.
- Follow defined security processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.

Required Skills.

• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and threat landscape.

• Knowledge of endpoint security, email security, and network monitoring.

• Basic understanding of incident response processes.

• Familiarity with log analysis and event correlation.

• Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).

• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Qualifications

- 25 years of experience in SOC / security operations / incident response.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
