Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified CA or CFA along with relevant tertiary qualification.
- Extensive work experience of 7-10 years in fund accounting or financial services with a strong understanding of investment management operations.
- Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the business goals.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Should possess in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and investment management accounting principles.
- Ability to analyse complex financial information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.
