About the Company

BeautyDust Cosmetics is a growing cosmetic brand focused on delivering high-quality skincare products. We are currently expanding our retail presence across Ahmedabad and are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
- Visit cosmetic shops, general stores, medical stores, beauty stores, and supermarkets across Ahmedabad.
- Introduce and promote BeautyDust products to shop owners.
- Generate new retail customers and build long-term relationships.
- Take product orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collect payments (Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer) when required.
- Record daily visits, sales, and customer details in the company CRM.
- Revisit existing customers every 15 days to generate repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Experience in field sales is preferred (FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, or General Trade),



but freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest, punctual, self-motivated, and willing to travel within Ahmedabad.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000-₹18,000 per month (based on experience).

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
