Project Coordinator

The Chance
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Customer Success and Professional Services teams. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps our project and ticket workflows running smoothly, working closely with our Project Managers to coordinate estimates, scheduling, documentation, and client communications,
and supports CS and PS leadership in a variety of areas including supporting the Chief Customer Officer with operational reporting, timesheet management and assessment, CRM data hygiene management, and other operational task.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on organization, wants exposure to professional services delivery, and is eager to learn project management and services operations. What You’ll Do
Estimate Coordination
Monitor incoming customer tickets and project requests across multiple clients
Extract key information from tickets and format them according to our Slack workflow templates
Coordinate with Technical Leads to obtain effort estimates for customer work
Facilitate back-and-forth between PMs and Technical Leads to refine estimates
