Job Title: Interview coordinator

Location: Visnagar (onsite)

Salary : Rs 25000-35000 / Month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate timings
- Send interview invites and follow-ups
- Conduct pre-interview technical checks (system tests, screen sharing, browser permissions, VPN issues, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and convincing ability
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail while observing interviews

Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate (technical background is a plus)
- Prior experience in recruitment, coordination,



or HR support (optional)

- Good observation and note-taking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
