Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Component Architecture: Create reusable, modular components and maintain a well-structured component library.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship current features.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and insights to the team, making architectural decisions and recommending tools and technologies.
- Agile Practices: Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
