Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Executive. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new leads through online research, database mining, and digital channels aligned with Khashsoft’s target industries.



Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand client needs, maintaining lead lists, and nurturing prospects through email, calls, and skilled networking platforms. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings, share prospect insights, and support ongoing sales campaigns. The Lead Generation Executive will also track lead performance, update CRM tools, and provide regular reports to help optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications

Ability to generate and manage New Leads and perform effective Lead Generation activities.
Strong Market Research skills to analyze industries, target accounts, and decision-makers.
Excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects via email, calls, and professional networks.
Basic Sales skills, including prospect qualification and collaboration with sales teams.
Prior experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales, preferably in IT or software serv
