About The Role

We are seeking a skilled ZScaler Support Specialist to join our Cyber Security Practice at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining ZScaler security solutions, including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.



You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement, test, and validate configurations, troubleshoot incidents, and monitor system health through dashboards and logs. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients’ web content filtering and access management systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ZScaler technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under SLA-driven environments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Certifications related to ZScaler or network security are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years and up to 16 years of relevant experience in managing ZScaler solutions, with a solid understanding of web filtering, proxy configurations, and cloud security.
