About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at Blue Spire Inc. This role requires a highly skilled professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers,

designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and related frameworks.
Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive user interfaces.
Solid understanding of Spring MVC and Spring Security for secure and efficient application development.
Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD practices for streamlined deployment processes.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or similar is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
