This is a fully remote senior engineering opportunity focused on building scalable backend systems for AI-powered enterprise applications.
You will design, develop, and operate high-impact products and features used by customers at significant scale.
The role combines hands-on backend development with architectural thinking, engineering excellence, and customer-focused problem solving.
You will work primarily with Python and modern backend frameworks while contributing to APIs, data systems, real-time services, and AI-driven capabilities.

The position requires working in the EST time zone to provide technical coverage for customers in the United States.

Accountabilities
Design, build, deploy, and maintain backend services, products, and features that deliver reliable experiences at scale.
Translate broadly defined customer and business problems into effective, maintainable technical solutions.
Develop backend systems primarily using Python, with frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
Design and evolve REST APIs, database architectures, data pipelines, and services supporting complex enterprise applications.
Work with relational and non-relational databases, including technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL, and MongoDB.
Contribute to real-time and streaming systems, search and retrieval capabilities, and AI/LLM-backed applications where appropriate.
Collaborate with engineers and technical stakeholders to define architecture and design solutions for both recent and existing systems.
