This role is specially positioned within the organization to assist teams across Principal in producing secure, accessible, and scalable web experiences more efficiently. You will play a key role in merging reusable website foundations, cloud services, developer tooling, automation, and AI-enabled tools to generate outstanding perks for our clients
Role Description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with product teams, architects, designers, and platform engineers to develop and enhance solutions that improve developer experience, speed up delivery, and uphold enterprise standards. This role collaborates with the Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned to business and platform requirements.
Develop high-quality application and platform code while promoting engineering standards,



guidelines, and code quality across the team.
Drive technical execution by providing timely updates, identifying risks, and ensuring successful delivery of commitments.
Champion agile delivery practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and development workflows.
Serve as a technical mentor, offering guidance, coaching, and support to engineers throughout the team.
Develop deep expertise in the platform, applications, and business domain to influence architectural and technical decisions.
Fix and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement balanced solutions.
Lead efforts to improve reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence across supported applications and platforms.
