Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through the sale and marketing of IT software, technology solutions, and digital products.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT/software industry, excellent B2B sales skills, proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT software, products, and technology solutions.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, references, events, and other channels.





Research target markets, industries, companies, and potential customers.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software/products and solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Marketing

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve brand visibility.
