About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Android Development Trainee to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for freshers or final-year students who want hands-on exposure to real-world Android app development under the guidance of experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, building, and maintaining Android applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Kotlin/Java
Work with APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries to implement app features
Debug and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues
Participate in code reviews and follow Android development best practices
Test applications on various devices and Android versions
Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and tools
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java
Understanding of Android Studio, XML layouts, and Android SDK
Familiarity with Git/version control
Understanding of REST APIs and JSON is a plus
Knowledge of MVVM/MVC architecture is a plus (not mandatory)
Robust problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
