Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar, responsible for driving adoption of Swasthify’s digital health solutions among clinics and hospitals. In this role, the specialist visits healthcare facilities, conducts product demonstrations, and clearly explains how the platform improves workflows and patient care. The specialist identifies prospective clients, generates leads,



manages the sales pipeline, and follows up to close deals. Daily tasks include meeting with doctors and administrators, understanding their operational needs, providing ongoing support during onboarding, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, achieving assigned targets, and representing Swasthify professionally at local industry events and meetings.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with doctors, clinic staff, and hospital administrators.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on performance.
