A Snapshot
As Procurement Manager OSE based in our HQ in Mumbai, you will report to the Associate Director, Procurement and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:




Shape the procurement strategy for India that ensures OSE (Owner Supplied Equipment) deliveries in time to meet customer requirements, and cost effectively.
Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, supplier engagement, and operational procurement processes.
Secure and shape strategic supplier long term agreements that support AirTrunk’s growth trajectory and evolving operational needs.
Your Day to Day
Owning and managing end-to-end procurement activities (including RFx) for OSE ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods and services at optimum costs.
Developing, issuing, and overseeing tender processes: scopes of work, bid packages, evaluations, recommendations and awards.
Supporting contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing supplier/contract administration as required
Supporting the development of OSE category strategies to deliver safe, high quality and cost-effective outcomes.
