About the Prospect
SecureIQ is recruiting a Digital Demand & Activation Manager to join a growing B2B business working across international markets.
This is a hands-on digital demand generation role for someone who can take a campaign from initial brief through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
You won’t simply be developing strategy or briefing agencies. You’ll be directly involved in building and managing campaigns across paid media, landing pages, B2B content, automated outreach, audience targeting and performance reporting.
The goal is to bring these channels together into one coordinated demand-generation engine that creates measurable commercial results.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of the digital activation journey from audience targeting through to sales handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up, managing and optimising paid media campaigns, with a particular focus on Taboola




Developing B2B audience strategies and managing campaign budgets and bidding
Monitoring campaign performance across impressions, clicks, engaged visits, conversions and cost per conversion
Running structured creative, audience and campaign tests and using the results to improve performance
Building and managing automated email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
Developing segmentation, messaging, personalisation and nurture workflows
Managing landing pages from brief through to launch and ongoing optimisation
Supporting content-led B2B campaigns including reports, whitepapers, webinars and gated content
Using conversion data to identify and improve friction throughout the customer journey
Using data enrichment, AI and intent signals to identify and prioritise high-value B2B audiences
Working with data teams on ICP identification, enrichment, segmentation and personalisation
Briefing and reviewing creative across ads, landing pages and campaign assets
