Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring effective planning, execution tracking, and reporting. This is primarily a test management role.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the Test Concept / Test Strategy.
Plan, organise and coordinate testing activities.
Manage test schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Track test execution, coverage, and overall testing progress.
Prepare test status reports, dashboards, and test progress presentations.
Coordinate with test engineers and project stakeholders.
Ensure test cases, results and defects are properly tracked and documented.
Provide regular updates on testing status, risks, and blockers.
YOUR PROFILE
Key Skills & Experience
Experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead / Test Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of test planning and test management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is essential for managing backlog and test cases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Valuable reporting and presentation skills; PowerPoint knowledge is desirable.
Experience working in Agile/project delivery environments.
