Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes or reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, integrity, or performance using Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar tools.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the Healthcare industry.
- Solid proficiency in Python programming language and ability to work with various libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of alternative tools like Grafana is an asset.
