Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build conversational AI solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure OpenAI Services.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, and third-party APIs.
- Develop and optimize prompts, plugins, actions, and orchestration workflows for AI-driven business processes.
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices across Copilot implementations.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize Copilot responses and user experiences.
- Stay updated on Microsoft AI, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI advancements.
