Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly layouts using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Optimize website performance, SEO best practices, and load speed.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO teams, and project managers for end-to-end website delivery.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and perform routine maintenance and updates.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance with web standards.

Qualifications





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong experience in building custom themes and plugins from scratch.
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Good understanding of SEO, website performance, and security practices.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or other CMS.
- Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, Cloudways, etc.)
- Prior experience in agency-based or fast-paced environments.
