HR Shared Services (HRSS) is the backend support system of the HR function, enabling seamless employee lifecycle management and operational excellence. Gain end-to-end exposure to core HR processes while collaborating closely with Recruitment, HRBP, L&D;, and Rewards teams to build a strong foundation in HR.

Reporting time: 9:30 am onwards

Role: HR Shared Services Associate

Position: Full time Contractual (1 year; extension or on-roll based on performance)

Experience: Fresher

Education: Any graduation (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, BTech etc.)

Monthly CTC: Rs. 15,000
