Responsibilities

- Build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified leads across India, US, and Middle East markets
- Identify and close opportunities for SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development, and Content Services
- Conduct discovery calls with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and propose the right mix of Pyrite services
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and pricing that align with client requirements
- Follow up consistently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track metrics like conversion rate, pipeline health, and deal velocity
- Represent Pyrite at events, webinars, and client presentations

What We re Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
- Solid understanding of SEO,



performance marketing, and digital channels (enough to consult prospects)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to conduct compelling discovery conversations and identify real business needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High ownership, persistence, and follow-up discipline
- Experience selling to founders, CXOs, and marketing leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
