Responsibilities

- Contact customers who have completed site visits but have not booked.
- Understand customer concerns, objections, and reasons for non-booking.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, offers, availability, approvals, amenities, and project updates.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
- Schedule revisit appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups as per the defined follow-up matrix.
- Update customer interactions, remarks, and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers for closure support.
- Escalate high-potential leads requiring management intervention.
- Achieve monthly booking conversion targets.
- Ensure complete compliance with company calling processes and quality standards.

Requirements





- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) may also apply with relevant experience.

Experience

- 13 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate CRM.
- Experience in Real Estate follow-up calling is highly preferred.
