Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers

• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices

• Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance

• Foster a culture of quality throughout the development organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and DevOps Quality Assurance Strategy

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for multiple projects

• Establish testing standards, guidelines, and quality gates

• Drive the adoption of automation testing frameworks and tools

• Implement risk-based testing approaches to optimize coverage

• Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and review test plans, test cases, and testing procedures

• Oversee manual and automated testing activities

• Lead root cause analysis for critical defects and quality issues

• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies

• Ensure proper test setting management and data setup

Process Improvement

• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies

• Drive integration of testing activities into CI/CD pipelines

• Implement shift-left testing practices





• Establish defect prevention and early detection strategies

• Lead post-release quality assessments and lessons learned sessions

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.) • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)

• Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, qTest)

Leadership Skills

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in stakeholder management and reporting

• Ability to make data-driven decisions

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field

• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

• Knowledge of security testing principles and tools

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Background in mobile application testing

• Experience with microservices and containerized application
