We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable sourcing knowledge, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Support the team in achieving hiring targets.
Requirements:
- 13 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
