Role & responsibilities

Production Management

- Plan and monitor daily assembly production according to the production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.

Manpower Management

- Supervise operators and assembly workers.
- Prepare and manage shift-wise manpower allocation.

Process Control

- Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Check that correct parts, tools, fixtures, and specifications are used.

Machine & Equipment Management

- Monitor the condition of assembly machines, tools, and fixtures.
- Coordinate with Maintenance when equipment abnormalities occur.

Daily Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor hourly production and achievement against targets.
- Record production, rejection, rework,



downtime, and other relevant data.
- Prepare daily/shift production reports.
