Description: Lead the design, development, and validation of mechanical mast systems used in defence, mining, and telecom applications. The role requires solid expertise in structural design, material selection, and integration of electromechanical systems for rugged, high-reliability field applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end design and development of telescopic, fixed, and mobile mast systems.

- Conduct structural analysis and finite element modelling to meet strength, stiffness, and fatigue requirements.

- Design masts for mobility, stability, and ease of deployment under wind load, vibration, shock, and temperature conditions.

- Collaborate with electrical, hydraulic, and controls engineers for integrated mast solutions.

- Prepare engineering drawings, 3D models,



and BOMs using SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or equivalent tools.

- Support prototyping, testing, design validation, field deployment, troubleshooting, and junior engineer mentoring.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Experience: Defence, aerospace, mining equipment, telecom tower OEMs, mobility platforms, ruggedized mechanical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic mast deployment systems.
