Purpose/Objective

Assistant Lead Projects - IBMS will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects within the organization. This role requires solid project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key accountability

Project Execution: Leading & planning and execution of IBMS projects, ensuring they meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Progress Monitoring: Oversee project progress, monitor quality,



and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment with project goals.

Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, providing clear insights into project progress and challenges.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and quality.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
