Role & responsibilities
- Edit property walkthrough videos, real estate reels, promotional videos, and virtual tours.
- Edit and enhance footage captured using qualified cameras, smartphones, and drones.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media advertisements.
- Combine video footage, photos, text, music, voiceovers, graphics, and animations.
- Add property details such as price, location, amenities, carpet area, floor plans, contact details, and USPs.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, transitions, and stabilization.
- Create attractive opening hooks and visual sequences designed to increase engagement and enquiries.
- Edit agent/influencer talking-head videos and property presentation videos.
- Create different versions of videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid advertising.
