Opening for the Position : Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

Location : Patna

Qualification : Postgraduate in Development studies ,Economics or equivalent Mandatory

Work Experience : Candidates having at least 5+ years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, MIS, project management, data analytics, or impact assessment.

Desired Skill sets : Strong understanding of M&E; frameworks, Results-Based Management (RBM), and Theory of Change.

Ability to develop indicators, monitoring tools, and performance measurement systems.

Experience in project tracking, milestone monitoring, and KPI assessment.

Solid quantitative and qualitative research skills. Experience in survey design, data validation, data quality assurance, and statistical analysis.

Ability to conduct baseline studies, SWOT analyses, impact assessments, and outcome evaluations. Ability to identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions.





Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for project activities. Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs across all unions and PVCS. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze field data and prepare periodic MIS, impact assessment, and progress reports.

Support implementation of real-time monitoring dashboards and reporting systems. Conduct baseline studies, SWOT analysis, and outcome assessments. Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with stakeholders for documentation, compliance tracking, and project reviews Language Expertise

Computer Skills : Must be expert in written and spoken English and Hindi Languages Incumbent must be computer savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
