Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore as a Sales Officer - Modern Trade for the OTC division. The responsibilities include managing key account relationships, developing and implementing business plans, and analyzing sales data to achieve targets. The role also involves coordinating with accounts to ensure excellent customer service, tracking inventory, implementing category plans,



and driving sales and promotional activities to enhance visibility and growth.

Key skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Contemporary trade business
- Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts handling such as D-Mart, Apollo, Medplus, Ratnadeep etc.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including creating and executing strategic plans
- Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
- Excellence in Customer Service to maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is mandatory. MBA is preferrable
- Experience in the OTX/Pharma/wellness/Personal sector is mandatory
