Responsible for sourcing of Capex equipment, Category Management, Implementing Cost saving projects, establish ARCs and SLAs, Cash flow management with DPO improvement, Sourcing, PR to PO conversion, Monthly MIS.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for sourcing of Capex equipment
- Responsible for floating the RFQ & getting quotations from suppliers based on scope of work received from internal users.
- Understand the technical recommendations from technical team
- Negotiations with potential bidders, create POs and contracts
- Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up for GRIN and for payment to suppliers.
- Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Category Management, Implementing Cost saving projects, establish ARCs and SLAs,
- Cash flow management with DPO improvement, Sourcing, PR to PO conversion, Monthly MIS.
- SKILL & KNOWLDEGE SET:
- Know how of Purchase procedure, Strategic buying.
- Spend Analysis, Categorization, catalogue management
- Software SAP, MS office tools Excel, work, Power point.
- Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification : B.Tech./ B.E.
