On Training Manager with US Process to apply.

Key Requirements:

~ BPO Experience is a must.
~ Should be an On Paper AM / Manager Training.
~ Highly preferred- People from US Banking/ Fintech - Blended experience.
~ Experience: 8+years of overall experience with 5+ years in a Training for US Process.
~ Training Management: Ability to manage the complete training lifecycle TNA, training design, delivery, nesting, certification and post-training evaluation
~ Team Management: Experience managing Trainers, SMEs and/or Training Leads
~ Training Metrics: Solid understanding of Training CSAT, assessment scores, certification %, nesting performance, training adherence and productivity
~ Process Knowledge:



Ability to understand operational processes and translate process requirements into effective training modules
~ Content Development: Experience creating training decks, SOPs, assessments, facilitator guides and e-learning content
~ Stakeholder Management: Strong communication with Operations, Quality, HR, Clients and Business Leaders
~ Performance Improvement: Ability to identify knowledge/skill gaps and create action plans, refresher training and coaching interventions
~ Leadership Skills: Strong people-management, presentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
~ Knowledge and application of AI/Gen AI enabled learning.

Shifts (Night) & offs will be rotational.
Candidate should be able to manage his own travel.
