Job Description Mandatory Skills - Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Lex, Contact Centre Location - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon Primary Responsibilities: - Develop scalable solutions for Amazon Connect digital channels (chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp) - Implementation of GenAI-driven features using Amazon Bedrock, Lex, and SageMaker to enhance customer and agent experiences - Build and maintain backend services and orchestration workflows using Python, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway - Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features - Develop reusable frameworks and automation tools to accelerate digital migration from Genesys and LivePerson - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to,
