Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Structural and Architecture BIM Modeler. The role involves developing accurate BIM models for structural and architectural elements, coordinating with MEP teams,



and ensuring alignment with project design intent and technical standards. The BIM Modeler will prepare and update construction drawings, detail models across project stages, and support design and documentation workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants, identifying and resolving clashes, and maintaining model integrity and data consistency. The role also requires adherence to internal quality processes, project schedules, and client requirements while contributing to continuous improvement of BIM standards and templates.
