Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai for Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and Area Sales Manager (ASM) positions in secured loans.



The role involves overseeing sales operations for secured loan products, managing assigned territories, and driving business growth through effective planning and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and onboarding new channel partners and clients, and maintaining relationships with existing partners and customers. The manager will monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support field teams with training, guidance, and regular reviews. The role also requires close coordination with internal departments, market analysis, and timely reporting to senior leadership on sales performance and opportunities.
